7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship products worldwide through trusted logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Pro Forge Belts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
8. Inspection & Claims
Customers should inspect their shipment upon delivery. Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing products must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order along with supporting photographs.
9. Returns & Refunds
Standard products may qualify for returns only if approved by our customer support team. Customized or OEM products are non-refundable unless they contain verified manufacturing defects.
